Jinji Lake Hotel Group in SIP organized a speech event at Kempinski Hotel Suzhou recently, offering young staff from the hotel a chance to share their opinions on hotel operation.

Xu Haotian, lobby reception manager at the hotel, shared the hotel’s journey of enhancing friendliness to pets, giving details about a charity campaign of collecting used cloths and idle pet supplies for stray animals.

Lu Duan, training manager at the hotel, proposed to use the light sticks and other supplies recycled from an earlier night running event in parent-child activities held at the hotel to save resources, and offer breakfast along the 5-kilometer running route near the hotel.
